Documents Required for a Building Permit File
Any citizen who wants to construct a building, renovate an old building, or carry out repairs must obtain a building permit. The applicant must provide the following documents:
- Application on plain paper signed by the applicant or their representative. 2 copies
- Ownership certificate, court ruling, or any document proving that the plot is owned by the applicant. 2 copies
- Technical information form issued by the administration and signed by the project architect. 2 copies
- Building project file. 5 copies
- Receipt for filing personal income tax or corporate tax declaration. 5 copies
- Certificate proving payment of fees due by the property owner.
- Thermal efficiency technical study for collective housing buildings and office buildings exceeding 500 m².
- Explanatory note. 2 copies
- Copy of the national ID card. 2 copies
