General Secretary:
He is charged, under the supervision of the mayor, with duties in addition to those delegated to him and regulated by the provisions of Chapter 67 of Law No. 43 of 1985, with supervising the central control office, coordinating between the various municipal departments, and carrying out the tasks assigned to him by the mayor.
Central Control Office:
Responsible for controlling incoming and outgoing mail, distributing it to the relevant departments, maintaining archives and documents, and following up on various correspondence, in addition to any administrative work that may be assigned to him by the Secretary-General.
Municipal Regulations Control Office:Responsible for ensuring the implementation of municipal decisions and deterring violations in all municipal areas, in cooperation and coordination with national security services, within the framework of implementing applicable laws and regulations.
Organization and Media Office:
Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the National Information Technology Programme, particularly within the framework of the programme prepared for municipalities by the Ministry of the Interior, and implementing applications related to wages, budget management, municipal fees of all kinds, the Registry and Documentation Office, and civil status.
Social and Cultural Section:
- Care for educational, cultural and social institutions
- Following up on municipal cultural work, kindergarten activities, youth clubs, and municipal playgrounds
- Youth and Sports Affairs
- رMaintenance of mosques, schools, and educational institutes
- Supervising and monitoring taxi traffic, issuing various licenses and certificates, and determining the route area and parking locations.
- Monitoring and inspecting public health and combating epidemics and noise pollution in cooperation with the Department of Prevention and Health Preservation.

Administrative Department:
Responsible for implementing the basic laws and regulations in force in the civil service and managing employee and labor affairs.
Financial Department:
He is responsible for preparing and implementing the budget, monitoring its management, transactions, purchases, collecting fees, and managing municipal property.
Civil Status and Elections Department:
He is responsible for registering births, deaths, and marriages, correcting fees and delivering documents, supervising the conclusion of contracts, certifying conformity, and reviewing electoral lists.
