Right of Access to Information

In accordance with Decree-Law No. 41 of 2011 dated May 26, 2011 on access to administrative documents of public bodies, as amended by Decree-Law No. 54 of 2011 dated June 11, 2011, any natural or legal person has the right to access administrative documents, either on the initiative of the public body or upon request, subject to legal exceptions.
