In accordance with Decree No. 41 of 2011 dated May 26, 2011, concerning access to administrative documents of public bodies, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 54 of 2011 dated June 11, 2011, every natural or legal person has the right to access administrative documents, whether on the initiative of the public body or upon the request of the concerned person, while respecting the exceptions provided for in this decree.
